What i am looking for in current market the company needs to have a very strong presence in india since all of them are captive organization. JP Morgan would be the best choice if looking for stability and better wlb, their bonus payout is amazing.
Morgan Stanley if you are more competitive as a person, and scale well on rapidly changing tech. They do scale to latest available tech stack rapidly.

Dell is offering good project. Data analytics product but at this point and market also the job security is a concern with this much salary. And not sure about dell's hiring policy but last yr previous also they had let go quite few people.
For jomc again the payout wlb is great bt project is a little unclear..it using good techstack but not much scalable. I guess thats common in jpmc.
So i am just in a dilema only regarding tech stack amd security.. but thanks for you input..

I think JP morgan and Morgan stanley both looks good. then thing is they will give a brand name in your CV which will increase your changes of getting recognized and getting calls easily from FAANG recruiters

I had 1 telephone round.it was fairly technical and current project system architecture oriented. Then face 2 face technical round.little bit coding included but far less than what i went through in dell and morgan stanley. Then they shared me a test link to pass then hr round. In my case the sapient offer helped sapient then offering me 23 lpa.
