Hanging in there with my 700 shares @ $11-ish. It's definitely been an underwhelming ride for the past 2 months.
I personally believe that the market doesn't understand how to value mortgage originators, and they especially dont understand the difference across the business models (wholesale, retail, correspondent, etc.)
They are hiring like crazy to meet demand and their Q4 was their best ever (ER early Feb). It’s ridiculously cheap but it has been sliding but I believe that we have hit the bottom.
Positions: Shares, Warrants, Feb $10 C, Mar $12.5 C

I’m continuing to add to my position. I’ve been disappointed so far, but I remain optimistic this thing rally’s.

The housing industry is seeing all time high volumes for mortgages - that’s why all these companies are going public now. No better time than at the peak with valuations high
This is similar to RKT - they squeezed out all the value and are trying to leave shareholders taking the bag

Not gonna lie - this has been exhausting these past 3 weeks. Kudos to those of us who still believe. The lack of PR from management is disappointing. Who knows what Ishbia wants to do but it can be assumed that he really iAd in it for the long haul. Fairly valued, I still think this should be at $18 but who knows how long it’ll take the market to catch up. I would love to get RKT shareholders to give their 2 cents.
750 shares @ 13.94 cost basis... been holding but this keeps getting bleaker by the minute.
