Getting an offer from a late stage startup with projections for high growth. It includes $17K equity, which the recruiter says would be a $63K cash equivalent, taking the strike price and series C funding into account. Can someone help me understand this?

I voted for third party in presidential election. Biden and Trump have both been accused of sexual assault and inappropriate touching.

One of my big hang-ups with biden tax plan is raising corporate tax across the board. Why raise taxes on businesses when we've just found out how fragile it is to be able to run a small business?Why not at least propose some kind of progressive corporate tax structure if you want to raise taxes on corps?

Why are potential business happenings by a candidate’s kid disqualifying but (gestures wildly) for the other candidate not for TSers? Going to your resort, conducting federal business at your property, having foreign officials stay, not doing a blind trust, being granted trademarks/land deals in other countries, promoting your products/books in office, calling out other companies? Stop pretending you care or advocate for anything good/true.
