Its a tourist trap same as fishermans wharf in san fran. I would say the riverwalk is really overpriced and overrated and the restaurants and stuff aren't very good.

It is a tourist trap. It’s beautiful and there’s a lot to offer locals— certainly so much more than there was 20 years ago— but it is still a tourist trap. By that I mean people can not visit here and not go to the RW. It traps them, pulls them in, and validates that they “visited san antonio.”

Definitely a tourist trap. I've lived here for 11 and I hate going to the RW. I dont think it's even that pretty. There are a lot of more beautiful places to go around SA.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Is this what people consider negative work culture?
