I think the real deal is walking! Are you walking enough? I'd focus only 203 days on high or low intensity and just walk a LOT more. That's what helped me and it works on every kind of person. Of course, there's bound to be a plateau at some point but it'll take you a long way!

Are you trying to lose fat or just weight? If you’re just trying to lose weight, HIIT workouts are fine. If you want long term fat loss, lift weights and walk!

I agree with Manager 1. Honestly people lose so much weight just making sure they are getting in 10,000 steps a day. That is something I have really been focusing on because I now that I need to walk more in order to lose weight.
