How is work life balance for Manager role and what is the salary band for Manager position?

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

I am looking for a full time media sales, ideally sales mgmt role. After a failed start up attempt, independent consulting has been disparate and lonely. I feel like all my networking feeds and certifications are geared to technical roles and technical buzzwords. Any solid advice how I can include buzzwords in my CV so that the algorithms can signal my sales management interest?

What are some recommendations for getting out of the SDR role and where can you go? Typically takes 18 months to become an AE but spending each day making 80+ cold calls is not very fulfilling. Asking on behalf of a friend.

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
