Feeling a deep void in close human connection after letting go a relationship that was lacking a future (I was interested in something more, he was unsure). Any advice for a couple where one person runs really warm and the other has a cooler body temperature - how do you manage this while sleeping? I feel my body produces a lot of heat. My partner and I love to hold each other at night but post an argument yesterday, he pulled away and told me my body is too hot. I feel I’ll worry about this each time we cuddle now and it will ruin the quality of that experience for me. Would love other perspectives on how to think about this.
