My family is all cops and detectives. We're all in different branches but our beginnings were similar. I can't wait til my kids grow old enough to join the force!
I sure did! My parents both worked as police officers, and it was something that I grew up with. We often talked about their experiences in the department, and it has shaped a lot of my views on public safety.
Both my parents are cops. Being from a law enforcement family made me appreciate how hard our officers work to keep us safe every single day, and I'm so thankful for them. It's definitely something that has stayed with me throughout my life, and I'm proud to have grown up in a law enforcement family!
Not really. My family was actually against me joining the force, they said it was too dangerous. I see where they're coming from, but all in all, I've been enjoying myself in this career!
In my family, everyone is a lawyer and I always wanted to follow in their footsteps. The difference is that my sister decided to be an engineer.

No but I've always found it a bit weird when people tell me that's what their families are like. Does everyone really love it or is it like getting peer pressured into it? I just can't imagine a huge familiy all wanting to do the exact same thing
