One of my friends is from fintech background he got offer from deloitte in contract basis and FT in Axis both are almost of same pay. Should he consider Deloitte for the brand value and prefer Deloitte??? They say if he perfoms well he will be FTE after 6 months. Please suggest.

Serious billing question - if during the course of the day, you first receive an email from Client A at say 11:10am and you read it, you then respond to it at 12:20pm. You get another email at 2pm from Client A and respond immediately. The next email comes in at 4pm, you read it and respond only at 4:30pm. None of the email responses take more than 3-5mins. You are working on matters for other clients at all other times during the day. How much are you billing for Client A?
