One of my friends was going to be on Bench in this year. He tried to get a project from another BU than deputed BU. His WFM denied his request by telling him that we'll deploy you in our BU.
After the bench agening threshold HR asked him to resign and reduced his NP from 90 days to 30 days without notifying him.
When he was getting the project WFM denied and never tried to get him project matching his skill set. After 45 days asked him to search in another BU as there was no opening in BU.

So what do men really look for looks wise? Is it really all about the face?

Haven’t done the dating thing in a while so need advice! (F here) Met a guy at a party on Sat, followed each other on insta, then I dm’ed him my number saying “lmk if you want to get drinks sometime”. He then texts me and says something along the lines of “yeah let’s do it” but doesn’t offer any concrete plan. Does this mean he’s not super into it? I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
