One of the best things about working in Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is that the organisation values work-life balance. No officers are forced to stay beyond office hours, except when there is work load which cannot be avoided on professional grounds.
Leaves are granted without much hassle. In case of emergency the organisation grants special leaves.
Also, another thing I value about ICC is, my office colleagues are very cooperative.
