Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. Any Hr people out there..my wife is going through a harassment case against her boss. He is retaliating against her and other staff. On going for years. Most recently she had to take a leave of absence. There is a formal investigation into him. What is the timeline this should take ? And should he be allowed to have 1on1 talks with other staff members?. He is in damage control now trying to buy everyone lunch and doing his own PR tour. Month into investig doesn't seem like much has happend yet.

Tomorrow is my LWD. Till now I have only got a mail from HR saying congrats and salary annexure attached.
HireRight bgv was also started 8 days ago.
