Hey Peeps, I got an offer from Thoughtworks. I heard that you get some stocks too. But the offer letter does not mention it. HR confirmed it though that there would be a separate communication regarding the same. I have 7.5 YOE and joining as Senior consultant QA. How much stocks value can i expect to get?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. Will be resigning from D, as a USI landed resource. The PTO balance will be paid out but the payout will be in India bank act based on base there or will be based on US salary and on US account?
