For me one meeting a week is enough if there are no urgent issues to handle, I don't like to waste my time or make others waste their time in meetings that don't get anywhere.
On some occasions we hold two meetings a week, but this does not apply to all occasions depending on the issues to be handled and the urgency of the same.
I find that I need about two meetings a week to stay on top of things. They help me organize at the beginning of the week and also on Wednesdays to reassess whatever is needed.
It really depends on what the team is working on and what their goals are. If we're just trying to keep the momentum going on our current projects, then maybe one meeting a week is enough. But if we're trying to launch a new campaign or product, then we might need more than one meeting per week.
I don't find any necessary. Meetings are often a waste of time and my company has made it clear that unless 100% necessary, meetings are a no-go.
Super interesting. I have 1-4 meetings a day. From one on ones with manager, demand planning, segment updates, retailer updates etc. don’t have special launches but there’s always something going on, projects moving to discuss.
