I get not wanting a Hamilton-Rosberg situation. It seems like everyone tries to avoid that now. Renault dropping Ocon is a prime example. Albeit an incredibly low rent version of the problem.

It’s clear Horner does not give a FUCK about the constructor’s championship. RB’s heels are being nipped at in a way that calls into question winning the constructor’s under the last year of the regs in 2025.

I think it’s a decision to go all in on Max. Showing Max that the team is all about him. There’s no Plan B. Losing Newey, it kinda makes sense to go for broke chasing the best driver.

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.

Just walked out of FAR test, literally cried after submitting it. SIMS were something I got ripped off by, can say clearly 4 out of 8 sims I kind of missed completely...😭😭😭 don’t know if I can ever get over this

Anyone else a bit annoyed with the announcers right now? I get you disagree with the decision to not start the race, but man there was so much rain out there I can’t blame race control. I think it’s Crofty, not 100% sure, but the comments like “that car should have a driver in it going around the circuit right about now” are a bit much for me. Anyone else feel the same or am I just overreacting?
