1. What would be my minimum salary
Please be noted that I'm spending 1.5L -1.8L pm for my family expenditures (family of 2) with the similar way of expenditure how much should I earn?
2. Which country would provide better opportunities to Bigdata Engineer?
3. Is it better to stay in India with 21LPA or should I consider relocation to other countries?

I’m a scheduler in a major hospital, see my position in other departments being advertised as remote available. How can I successfully negotiate WFH? I’d like to cut down on my 44-mile one way commute.

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Hello! I see a ton of questions in here about interviewing and getting hired as a PM. I also know that it’s really hard as a manager to hire a great team. I’m the head of product at a growing startup, and just hired two PMs in 3 months. One a career switcher who’d never been a PM before, and one a seasoned principal PM. Whether you are someone who’s interviewing or someone who’s hiring right now, ask me anything!

I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
After 2mos I raised it to our mgr who promised to work with him. 2 more mos passed, mgr talked to him only once, no change in perf. I think mgr doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Now they ask if I want to manage JPM. It is going to be a ‘no’ but I want to ask some advice on all this.

Sorry for the long rant, but could use advice or just encouragement.

Got laid off for the first time in my career 3 weeks ago. I have 10 years of PM experience (mostly ecommerce & experimentation). I was fortunate in the past to have had recruiters scout me directly so this is the first time in over a decade that I am applying to everything that I’m qualified for, mostly qualified for, and way over qualified for with zero leads. Only 3 interviews thus far that didn’t go forward.

I'm working at a startup where I feel like I've spent as much time trying to deal with product issues vs working on roadmap items. I get this is bound to happen in a start up but is this common? I'm not sure what to do. It seems like no one really thought about the architecture or ux as much as they should have in my opinion. I need some advice.
