Executive MBA

I already have an MBA from India but to get a US Univ Brand on my resume I’m looking to pursue an EMBA course, please let me know your thoughts if it improves chances in getting role elevation?

If you have an MBA you can look at doing and executive Master’s in leadership or project management. There are a few schools in the top 25 that offers these. Brown, Georgetown, USC are a few

I keep hiring sales people who are super enthusiastic and overpromising on what they deliver. I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. We experienced sales people are asking for a base and commission but I’m scared that I’ll end up having a base and the same thing will end up happening. What am I doing wrong?

Vent session: Those of you working for small companies or who have worked for small companies, do you ever feel stretched thin? Here’s some background: I started my role a month ago, with companies acknowledging the Black Lives Matter movement *rolls eyes,* my current employer has asked me to join a newly created diversity committee. Also, I’ll be leading campus recruiting initiative, building partnerships with HBCUs near our offices and still doing my actual job.
