I went camping at Big Bend over Thanksgiving! Like the stay in the tent type of camping which I’ve never done and never thought I would. But, omg, it is beautiful! The sunset is amazing, I couldn’t stop staring at the sky. I did the Window Trail, it’s 5 miles, you start downhill then on the way back it’s uphill and omg I was not prepared for that. Along the hike there was a black bear eating about 8 yards from us, it was amazing and he let people stop and watch him eat. I heard the Santa Elena trail is a must do. Wish I had more time there, but I am so jealous you are gong, now I have the urge to go! Enjoy your time surrounded by nature. BTW -I wasn’t able to connect to WIFI on the campground in the park, so enjoy disconnecting from the world for a while!

I am looking to lateral into a v100 firm as a 3rd year from a small firm. I have had lunch with the managing partner, who i have known for years and asked me to join the firm.
