For those who left as an early manager/PL1... how much of a pay cut did you take for your next role if any? What type of company (big corporate, startup, etc) and what level did you enter at? Starting to interview (mostly at Series A-C startups) and don’t know what’s reasonable to expect

I'm applying for analyst roles, for context.

I have made it to the final round of interviews for two big 4 firms. I was not selected for either role. I had no referral and applied directly on the company site. I asked the recruiter for advice/feedback both times and they both said to just keep applying. 

I sent thank you emails after each meeting and did everything by the book. Can anyone provide me with some advice that might help me land a role at a big 4 firm?

Anybody get an org/industrial psych degree as an alternative to an MBA? Did you find it less competitive to get into elite programs? Interested in reading about any related experiences

First year associate here. Firm allows for six-month rotations and I’m deciding between cap markets, m&a, and finance. Any thoughts? In a specialty group now and would love to experience a bigger group. I care particularly about exit opportunities and even a semblance of work-life balance.
