I just got out of a 9 year career break. I started looking for a job in January of this year and accepted an offer at the end of April. Full time and remote. It took awhile to figure out how to best present myself on my resume but after that I started getting interviews and some movement.

Have you read the power pause? Really good book for high achieving women prioritizing home life for a season.

Personally, I’m working on other non-corporate revenue streams to support my family and maintain flexibility because my partner needs to focus fully on career and with young kids, realizing we can’t both be in corporate with such a little margin. Hit our breaking points too quickly and could only function to our responsibilities if we were well rested and not sick, which is near impossible with babies.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.
