I’m on a 90-day notice period, but many good product companies prefer 60 days, making it tough to secure roles. Infosys offered me 11 LPA (hike from 9 LPA), but I aim for a product-based company with better growth and package.

DSA: Not strong but improving

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying.
