Great day to be on the bay

Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

You are confident, So get offer first.
Then resign.

Exactly! If NP would have been the issue then most probably you would not have got your interview scheduled in the first place.
And also, if you resign, don't tell HR that you don't have an offer in case you don't get one by the end of your notice period; otherwise, they can downplay your hike percentage.
Good to have confidence that you will get a good job, but before you resign make sure you have at least couple of offers in yours hand. Choose among the best from your offer that you have. If you resign later after notice period you will have only offer and then your self will be forced to joinedthec company you like it or not in term of companynor package.
