H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

I have a mini case interview coming up for a product management position with Capital One. Has anyone done the mini case with Cap One and can I ask you for any advice/insights?

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. Anyone have any recommendations for HR certificates that are worthwhile?

A friend who’s degree is in polisci is trying to move into the hr space, either in L&D or culture/employee engagement. Initially was hoping to use transferable skills to get a job in that field - but all the descriptions ask about HR experience and not as much seems to be biting.

Anyone here taken a career break (6 months or more? How hard was it to get a job again? Did you have to explain why you took a break? Any other cons I should be aware of?

So far from reading online it sounds like Pearland is a good option but I have not been able to validate that/ figure out what other options are out there. I would appreciate all advice:
