Policy: Work from home/office

As per the guidelines shared, one has to work 4 days from office and 1 day can be work from home (Considering your manager is fine with that).

So far, most of the ppl are doing 4 days WFO.

Leaders come to office on all 5 days (Their personal choice)

It is not very strictly followed but it is to promote the collaborative work culture. WFH cause limited reach and networking. As it is a new setup in India, so obviously the firm wants people to know each other.

As an IT infrastructure i have been tagged un cognizant internal project to support the cognizant owned datacenters VMs and infrastructure.

Can anyone please tell me how is that project in terms of Career growth and learning??

I just hate seeing people at work - takes all my energy not to throat punch someone. Just go away Janet, I really don’t want to hear about your kids soccer game or your quilting club.
