Poor interview experience with Curatal. The process lacked transparency, the interview was not very technical, and the feedback did not reflect the actual discussion. After spending time preparing and attending the interview, the overall experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. Candidate time and effort deserve more respect and a fair evaluation process.

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?

Recently got my child's passport renewed. Child is minor so effectively a new passport. Here is the timeline, with just regular service.

6/2 Applied in person at the local county office
6/6 The application reached the State Dept
7/9 Got email that status changed to Approved
7/12 Received the new passport

End to end, a little more than 5 weeks. "Routine service can take 8-11 weeks" is the standard disclaimer. It's all good people!

During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.
