Posting about the company on LinkedIn feels a little forced. I get that it shows engagement, but if I suddenly start posting about a company I’m interviewing with, won’t it be obvious I’m doing it just to impress them? I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done this—did it actually lead to better engagement with the hiring team, or did it feel performative?
