POV: management won't budge about increasing the salary range, and none of the candidates applying or being sent my way with the help of recruiters are making the cut.... and the role needs to be filled up very soon. What is your next step when you're in limbo like this?

Recruiting team should be upfront and honest with the potential candidates. Set the base line of the salary with the top number as the high point and lower the expectations of candidates early in the process. If that doesn’t work go to HR and ask for the salary survey from SHRM.org they have access if they are certified. They have the data to back up the salary ranges and then let them fight with leadership to show them you are spot on with the position. You can also go to salary.com and research the position and salaries for the area. Hope this helps

Revisit non-traditional backgrounds, look at internal talent, or consider upskilling junior candidates who show strong potential. It also helps me to revisit the job requirements and check if the must-have criteria are too strict. I you think there's anything that can be flexed without hurting team performance, then you should nudge management to do that.

agree with all of the above :)

That is the chance to show management what they will be dealing with due to the salary constraints. I would revisit the requirements and post with them about what is realistic to ask for.

Oof that is when I go back to management for another conversation. Sometimes they need to see that it just isn't going to work otherwise. There is only so much you can do.

Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .

Kindly comments if anyone have idea .

Thanks

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
