What is the TC for a partner at PWC?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

The job hopping every 2 years only really works for jobs with heavy hardskill emphasis and during times of abundance and low volatility.
Jumping every couple of years can harm the ability to build and maintain critical relationships, as well as trust and goodwill, and simply knowing how the company works.
I have a 5-10% RIF coming at some point in the near future - we’ll be looking at value for money (performance x compensation), plus a lot of emphasis on trust/goodwill to judge who stays and goes. I don’t recommend job hopping unless you really have to at the best of times - with the current volatility being created by the US administration, I would be bedding myself in where I am.
I agree VP1, that is sage advice

With how the economy is going, I will gladly stay where I am.
Same here, I wouldn’t want to be first in and first out
