Increase protein, decrease fat (see Ted Naiman on Twitter)
Make sure you’re getting adequate sleep
I googled anti inflammatory foods since bananas used to help me with cramps but bananas are not keto. Salmon was the answer.
Guess I know what I’m making for dinner! Thanks!
OP, if you're not losing weight, you're not in a calorie deficit. You can either get into a deficit by increasing energy expenditure (e.g., sterling beach body) or reducing consumption. Keto itself doesn't magically make you lose weight - you still have to be in a deficit.
As to the cramps, you're likely deficient in some electrolytes, especially on keto. Look into supplements that provide sodium, magnesium, and potassium.
FWIW, When I did Keto pre-pandemic… lost 45lbs… when I would hit a plateau I’d have a big cheat day and then get back on track right away and somehow that was just what my body needed to shock my system into losing more weight again.
