Previously held a TS SCI FSP (last used 2020). Recently found out my FSP expired but my TS SCI is active. How can I go about re-activating the FSP? Is it an easier process as I already had it in the past?

I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?
