1) pack right (buy extra workout gear for the road if needed or if it motivates
2) do it in the morning (otherwise it won't happeb)
3) keep it simple (hotel.can be sufficient, and something >>> nothing)
4) eat right - per diem is a huge ally here. Just get salads. I find this easier on the road since I find prepping healthy food is tricky.

Don't drink while on the road - so easy to overindulge when someone else is buying and those extra calories pile on.

Book hotel near class locations (orange theory, soul cycle, etc.), if you're in a smaller town find a class based gym. And I agree, it only gets done in the morning...

Just use the hotel gym and run at least 20 miles a week- treadmill included - stop eating shit and that will be enough to say fit

Have an idea of what you'll eat in advance. If you wait til you're hungry, you'll eat that the first option which may not be the healthy option. Aim for high fiber, high protein, low carbs and low sodium (per my dietician - 80 grams/protein a day. Half that or less for carbs). Move around when you can, even if it's a 15 min break/walk once or twice a day. Use gym at the hotel or workout in the room, also.
