AS FY25-26 is almost ending, can someone help me understand:

1) What the above snapshot summary indicates?
2) Which tier rating might it convert to in a non-promotion year?
3) How is progression decided within the same iob level, say from M1 to M2 etc.
4) What % hike and % variable are usually expected fo each corresponding rating (Tier1/2/3)?

I am wanting to update my resume for a job coming open soon . Is there any new websites out there that can help bring it update as far as what employers are looking for now? 1 page, 2 pages?

I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.
