PwC Acceleration Center (~5.5 yrs). Strong snapshots (consistently “Impressive”/“Above & Beyond”) and solid utilization, even with changing business demand.

Previously told I needed more engagement exposure—now I have it and received strong feedback, but still not promoted. New feedback is I need more “consistency,” not just one season.

It feels like I’m being evaluated at a higher bar only recently, almost as if I’m starting from zero.

Is this usually a sign it’s time to move?

Has anyone ever left finance (or know someone that has) to do something completely different? My experience is split between FP&A and accounting and while I have progressed, I am becoming depressed b/c I feel like I’m in the wrong field. I am generally a motivated, high performing person, but I al starting to slip up and care less, b/c my work is not satisfying to me. I know I just sound like a complainer, but does anyone have any advice?
