Join PWC if you are looking for long-term growth.
With PS, your growth in terms of salary will be limited or averaged out.
Also, the pipeline of projects is high and dry, which means you are at the point of losing jobs.
Most projects require you to work over time with no benefit. R&R if you get you will only be entitled for 2000 inr. Medical policy is pathetic if you compare with other org.
You will have leaves, which you can take if your project approves.
Most long timer are ghost in the org, if you work hard here, you won't be rewarded with a promotion before 3-4 years. By the way promotion will get you 12-15% hike only.
Last 3.5 years no to min hike has been rolled out. So think carefully before you join.
