Question for Deloitte USI employees: Are joining bonuses common for Consultant hires, or does it vary by business/unit and hiring requirement?

My Letter of Intent mentioned a one-time joining bonus, but no amount was specified. However, my final Offer Letter does not mention any joining bonus. Has anyone experienced something similar, and how are joining bonuses typically handled?
