Question on following up!! I completed my power days interviews for capital one last Wednesday then followed up with the recruiter Thursday afternoon and was told I’d hear an update on Friday or the following Tuesday at the latest since Monday was a holiday. The interview prep guidance Cap1 provided states that the recruiter will provide a hiring decision update within 3-5 business days. It is now Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything back yet, should I wait until tomorrow to follow up?
