Question: What happens If I accept an offer but then I get another one from a different agency (which I prefer)? Can i cancel this offer if I haven’t even start working there? (Germany)

I know SQL but i hardly use it in my day to day work.
Do Power BI people really use SQL or only while creating OLAP views or please tell when do you guys use SQL?
