I have a system of how I come up with passwords, which is generally the names of obscure Irish townlands with four digits appended. But it's still hard to keep them all straight, so I have a text file I keep on a flash drive with a long list of them. On my personal laptop I let Chrome store most of them, so I can log in quickly. But there are a few (my bank, and a few others) where I don't store them, I just make sue to remember those.

I have a weird personal system when selecting a password. There's a pattern that helps it make a unique PW for each site but has a consistency with the pattern so I can remember all passwords without writing it out. I think of someone had maybe 5 of my passwords they might be able to figure out the system, but I don't save any password which wouldale it hard to do.

I use my browser’s built-in password manager. It’s convenient, but I’ve been thinking about switching to something like Dashlane for extra security.

I use a password manager that is kept on a device that is not connected to the computer the passwords are linked to.

I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?
