Get a tan colored caulk and you should be good- good ol’ landlord special
Wood filler sand and paint if you want them hidden and perfect. You could also cover with one long strip of wood and paint.

Right, I think the gaps are too long and big for wood filler.

Looks easy with white painters caulk. Maybe 2nd step of white paint, maybe not needed. The reason I would use caulk is because I can use a razor blade to cut into it later if needed, peel off caulk and reapply. This repair looks like a 10 minute job with caulk. One thing is that back panel needs to be secured first. I have a similar issue. I have an on-demand water heater behind a cabinet. Every 4-5 years I need to access it.
