Any companies with operations in Europe will technically sponsor you. Much easier to do it via the form you’re at due to them being more willing to invest in your sponsorship. You just have to research companies with operations in both US and Europe and see if sponsorship is something they’re willing to do. Early next year is a stretch but possible depending on your skills but covid has just made an already difficult task so you will need a lot of luck and persistence to make this happen but is it possible...yeah

FAANG Exit to MBB? 3.5 YOE, Non-technical, 150k TC Been at Alphabet my entire career post-undergrad. Managed to move from Google to a well-respected Bet where I’m very happy. What would it look like (from a TC + long term career standpoint) to switch over to MBB for a year or two then go back to FAANG?

Junior partner at a specialist boutique consulting firm (compete w/ MBB primarily in our verticals) with prior experience in PE on both deals and ops side, and corp dev. My career here is pretty stable and money is good enough without killing myself (500k+ cash) but I miss being an investor vs an advisor. Is there any path back to GE/PE at this stage? My gut says no unless it's a firm where I have a client relationship and I get lucky but hard to broach the subject given dynamics. Any advice?

I keep seeing cases where parents are suing districts for not being fully in person. The craziest thing is that some of these school districts are AFFLUENT!! One of the most affluent districts nearby is still hybrid. I work in a very poor rural school and we were able to open fully in September. I'm just curious for teachers who teach in affluent school districts that aren't open fully yet - what is the issue? Is it a spacing issue, a staffing issue? Not here to judge at all just curious!!!!
