What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.

How do you usually ask for PTO? I have the days accrued but I have PTSD from a past job about asking for time off. Being a married female, i am little bit concerned about WLB in long term.
I have heard in EY they tag you in more than 1 project.
