Recent DOJO/Bench call was really shocking.They don't want to entertain people on DOJO anymore.
Strict 5 days WFO & Also there is something called sabbatical now introduced
Which basically means you can be in Globant but with "No pay" & continue to appear for interviews & if selected then they will start the salary again.

Once you are back from sabbatical -> if you want to resign you don't get anything
Not sure Globant as a company is exactly headed where

Sabbatical is nice way to escape from paying severance pay. They will put you in sabbatical and and dont pay you anything. And if you get job outside then upon resignation nothing!

My one of the friend has been asked the same thing. Take sabbatical leave and search for job, till that you'll not get any salary. Once u get job outside, put paper, serve the notice period of 2 month and then they will release you.

Option 2: Consider today your last working day and submit all the assets till tomorrow and no need to come office further. Live life peacefully then.

With option 2, after fighting they agree to give 2 months of salary. Initially they were in denial mode to pay anything to my friend.

Not sure why Globant is doing such a things.
