Cognizant offered 'PA' role with 10.8 LPA.
Now 5 days left in my NP and a startup has offered 13+1 LPA.
I tried to counter CTS (looking stability factor) they are saying "we have already offered you max CTC so not able to match up your expectation."
What should I do now? Ask to upgrade to 'Associate' role having 2.2 YOE or negotiate my CTC with them?

Sabbatical is nice way to escape from paying severance pay. They will put you in sabbatical and and dont pay you anything. And if you get job outside then upon resignation nothing!
BETTER JUST PAY SEVERANCE AND LET EMPLOYEES FIND JOB IN PEACE! BUT GLOBANT DOES NOT VALUE LOYALTY IT SEEMS!
Its a CHAOS now. Period. Jump the ship while you still can find another ride.
My one of the friend has been asked the same thing. Take sabbatical leave and search for job, till that you'll not get any salary. Once u get job outside, put paper, serve the notice period of 2 month and then they will release you.
Option 2: Consider today your last working day and submit all the assets till tomorrow and no need to come office further. Live life peacefully then.
With option 2, after fighting they agree to give 2 months of salary. Initially they were in denial mode to pay anything to my friend.
Not sure why Globant is doing such a things.
Last part not understood, if resign not get anything means?
