Recently had a conversation with a recruiter for Houlihan Lokey for their AAS practice. I have heard that a lot of people left their TAS practice because of toxic leadership, but curious if anyone has any insights to the AAS practice. Is comp comparable to A&M? Worth moving from EY FAAS?
