Recently i got interviewed by kpmg global solutions and got selected.before the current company i have onboarded to another company and i have got terminated because i couldnt get laptop from client company on time. But in epfo this company have service history . Date of joing is 20/7/2022 and DOE is 30/7/2022 . Just 11 days. Now coming to the point i dont have relieving letter and salary slip of this company. I have all required documents from cyrrent company .Does it affect my bgv in kpmg ?

Got 6 lakh jump in HCL with technical specialist role ? wanted to know how HCL is doing with regards to SAP projects? I heard it has more Support Projects, is it true? I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? My boss let a teammate go in 2 weeks with same NP who said that he had COVID and need a long break from work. He was actually switching job while he got COVID. Same story won't work for me.
