Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Eli Lilly drive in Hyderabad (Compass) where I completed all the interview rounds face-to-face and done with all rounds and selected.

It’s been more than two weeks since then, and I am still waiting for the next update regarding the offer. I’m curious to know from others who attended the drive —
Has anyone received further communication or an offer yet?
Is this usual for the process timeline at Eli Lilly?

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
