Recently interviewed for VP role done with the 2 technical rounds speaking with the respective business heads from the risk team, interview was on 26th March, haven’t heard back from HR yet as the next round is discussion with HR, how long do they usually take to get back, any idea?
Note - I already cleared the Online assessment in the very beginning, prior to technical rounds.

Which one to choose Barclays is not ready to match TechM offer. Suggestions?
