With some of the big tech firms stock prices taking a hit..Meta layoffs announced last week and a few others revealing some teething issues. How do you see the tech market Outlook over the next few years.

Is the life-span of big tech companies usually only a few decades. If companies stagnate, they die...is this just a sign of more to come

Most staff/sr assoc would make 80% of salary for the next 4 months if fired & yet firms are considering pay cuts.

Deloitte people. I confirm layoffs of 4 ranked individuals and this year it's been hard rankings. Many 3s forced into 4. I was on the calls. Beware. Not trying to scare. Sharing facts.

Tax Senior here. I’m well liked around the office, I put in the hours and work hard, I haven’t had any dumpster fire projects, but I am a mediocre performer compared to my peers (not as strong project management, communication, not as confident).
