Recently i’ve started working for a place called parcel plus. it’s like a ups store kind of thing. i work directly for the owner and have been learning the ins and outs of the business. however i am only getting paid 15$ an hour. i’m in moco md and he said as i progress fast which i tend to do anywhere i’ve worked. i will be greatly rewarded. i truly believe his words and love the vision of the company. am i wasting my time

I have been in an awkward reporting structure for 2.5 years. On record I’ve reported to the VP of Marketing, who was crazy toxic, and technologically inept. I’m a senior website manage and she had no interest in my role. She shirked me off to also report to her two directors, PR and Call Center. Needless to say, that’s been a difficult situation for me.
