Recently just at the company not too long ago and I already hate what I am doing. The clients processes and methods are so backwards. Everything is manual and does not make sense at all. I already feel like quitting I don’t want to be miserable in my role. How do I tell my manager i want to move to a different project? Does Google do case interviews during the on site for Program Managers?

Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..
