Program Manager L3 salary in HCOL?
Any financial analysts here?

I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I would say you applied for a job, and this is the job. You don't have to specifically like it, but I would recommend against complaining that you don't want to do it or you feel like the work is beneath you. Do a good job on it, make constructive suggestions as to how the processes can be improved (stressing here that you still have to do the work, not just complain about it) and then have a conversation with your manager about what other projects are available.
