Recently resigned from the Organization. As a part of contract I have to pay the relocation fee (4.6 Lakhs) since I left the Organization within 2 years. I haven't realised this while resigning, but now they are asking for this huge money then only they will release my relieving letter. Anyone can share what will be the consequence if I'm not paying the money or what are the other efforts I can take to get exempted. I already tried for exemption, but no luck.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.
